48:7. ਮੈਂ ਜਦ ਪਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂ ਅਫਰਾਤ ਥੋੜੀ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਕਨਾਨ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਖੇਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਮਰ ਗਈ ਅਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਅਫ਼ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ

48:7. But as for me, when I was returning from Paddan, Rachel died— to my sorrow— in the land of Canaan. It happened along the way, some distance from Ephrath. So I buried her there on the way to Ephrath" (that is, Bethlehem).

48:7. "Long ago, as I was returning from Paddan-aram, Rachel died in the land of Canaan. We were still on the way, some distance from Ephrath (that is, Bethlehem). So with great sorrow I buried her there beside the road to Ephrath."

48:7. And as for me, when I came from Paddan, Rachel died by me in the land of Canaan in the way, when there was still some distance to come unto Ephrath: and I buried her there in the way to Ephrath (the same is Beth-lehem).

48:7. As for me, when I came from Paddan, to my sorrow Rachel died in the land of Canaan on the way, when there was still some distance to go to Ephrath, and I buried her there on the way to Ephrath (that is, Bethlehem)."

48:7. On the trip from Paddan Aram, Rachel died in the land of Canaan. This made me very sad. We were still traveling toward Ephrath. I buried her there on the road to Ephrath." (Ephrath is Bethlehem.)
