2:15. I continued up the valley during the night, inspecting the wall. Then I turned back and came to the Valley Gate, and so returned.

2:15. So, though it was still dark, I went up the Kidron Valley instead, inspecting the wall before I turned back and entered again at the Valley Gate.

2:15. Then went I up in the night by the brook, and viewed the wall; and I turned back, and entered by the valley gate, and so returned.
