10:13. ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਨੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੁੱਛ ਜਾਤਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਪੁੱਛ ਗਿੱਛ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਂਗਾॽ

10:13. Why does the wicked man reject God? He says to himself, "You will not hold me accountable."
