142:3. ਜਦ ਮੇਰਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਢਾਲ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਚਾਲ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਸੈਂ। ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹ ਮੈਂ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਫਾਹੀ ਲਾਈ ਹੈ।

142:3. Even when my strength leaves me, you watch my footsteps. In the path where I walk they have hidden a trap for me.
