32:5. ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪ ਦਾ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੁਕਾਈ। ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੰਨ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਤੈਂ ਆਪ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਬਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਲਿਆ।। ਸਲਹ।।

32:5. Then I confessed my sin; I no longer covered up my wrongdoing. I said, "I will confess my rebellious acts to the LORD." And then you forgave my sins. (Selah)

32:5. Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, "I will confess my rebellion to the LORD." And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone. Interlude
