9:2. ਕਾਸ਼ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਉਜਾੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਟਿਕਾਣਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ! ਤਦ ਮੈਂ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ! ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਨਾਹਕਾਰ ਹਨ, ਓਹ ਬੇਈਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਟੋਲੀ ਹਨ।

9:2. I wish I had a lodging place in the desert where I could spend some time like a weary traveler. Then I would desert my people and walk away from them because they are all unfaithful to God, a congregation of people that has been disloyal to him.

9:2. Oh, that I could go away and forget my people and live in a travelers' shack in the desert. For they are all adulterers-- a pack of treacherous liars.
