1:20. ਵੇਖ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਦੁਖੀ ਹਾਂॽ ਮੇਰਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਉੱਬਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ, ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਰੋੜੇ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਬਗਾਵਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ! ਬਾਹਰ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਔਂਤਰੇ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਜਾਣੀਦਾ, ਮੌਤ ਹੈ!

1:20. Look, O LORD! I am distressed; my stomach is in knots! My heart is pounding inside me. Yes, I was terribly rebellious! Out in the street the sword bereaves a mother of her children; Inside the house death is present.&u05E9; (Sin/Shin)

1:20. "LORD, see my anguish! My heart is broken and my soul despairs, for I have rebelled against you. In the streets the sword kills, and at home there is only death.
