14:5. ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਭਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚੇਂ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਗਧਾ ਯਾ ਬੈਲ ਖੂਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਗ ਪਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਝੱਟ ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਕੱਢੇ?

14:5. Then he said to them, "Which of you, if you have a son or an ox that has fallen into a well on a Sabbath day, will not immediately pull him out?"

14:5. Then he turned to them and said, "Which of you doesn't work on the Sabbath? If your son or your cow falls into a pit, don't you rush to get him out?"

14:5. And he said unto them, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a well, and will not straightway draw him up on a sabbath day?
