8:22. So the Jewish leaders began to say, "Perhaps he is going to kill himself, because he says, 'Where I am going you cannot come.'"

8:22. The people asked, "Is he planning to commit suicide? What does he mean, 'You cannot come where I am going'?"

8:22. The Jews therefore said, Will he kill himself, that he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come?

8:22. So the Jews said, "Will he kill himself, since he says, 'Where I am going, you cannot come'?"

8:22. Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, {SCJ}Whither I go, ye cannot come. {SCJ.}

8:22. So the Jewish leaders asked themselves, "Will he kill himself? Is that why he said, 'You cannot come where I am going'?"
