17:6. ਦੋਹਾਂ ਅਥਵਾ ਤਿੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਵਾਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੁਬਾਨੀ, ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਪਰ ਇੱਕੋਈ ਗਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਉਹ ਨਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ

17:6. At the testimony of two or three witnesses they must be executed. They cannot be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.

17:6. But never put a person to death on the testimony of only one witness. There must always be two or three witnesses.

17:6. At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is to die be put to death; at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.
