39. ਅਤੇ ਏਹ ਸੱਭੇ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਾਖੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਵਾਇਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਾਪਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਏ

39. ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਲਈ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਵਾਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
