17. ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਾਦਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਖੇ ਝੂਠ ਬਕਨ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਏਸ ਭਾਵ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਕਿ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਦੇਸਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਉਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਾ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ
