21. ਪਰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਖੇ ਉਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਮੈਂ ਅਣਆਗਿਆਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਹੁੱਜਤੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਵੱਲ ਦਿਨ ਭਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਪਸਾਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਂ ।।

21. ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਗੈਰ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਯਸਾਯਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਅਖਵਾਈ ਪਰ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਣ-ਆਗਿਆਕਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਅਨੁਸਰਣ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।”
