9. ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਫ਼ਿਲਿਪੁੱਸ ਐੱਨੇ ਚਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਂ ਅਰ ਕੀ ਤੈਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਿਆॽ ਜਿਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਓਨ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਕਿੱਕੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਭਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਾॽ

9. ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਫਿਲਿਪੁੱਸ ਮੈਂ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ? ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ ਤੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਨਾ, ‘ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾ?’
