49:9. ਜੇ ਅੰਗੂਰ ਤੋੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਉਣ, ਕੀ ਓਹ ਦਾਣੇ ਨਾ ਛੱਡਣਗੇ? ਜੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਰ ਆਉਣ, ਕੀ ਓਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਲੋੜ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਨਾ ਲੁੱਟਣਗੇ?

49:9. If grape pickers came to pick your grapes, would they not leave a few grapes behind? If robbers came at night, would they not pillage only what they needed?

49:9. Those who harvest grapes always leave a few for the poor. If thieves came at night, they would not take everything.
